Our tribe embodies this ethos, serving as a supportive community that nurtures and
empowers the next generation of African leaders. Here’s who makes up our dynamic Lapid
family:
Leadership Team: Our dedicated leadership team drives the vision and mission of Lapid
Leaders Africa. With diverse backgrounds and expertise in areas such as leadership
development, education, and social impact, they lead by example and inspire others to
reach their full potential.
Mentors and Coaches: Our 50+ mentors and coaches are accomplished business leaders
and coaching experts, many with 10+ years of experience supporting businesses, individuals,
and teams. They bring a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to our programs, guiding
participants on their leadership journey with clarity and confidence. Past cohorts have had
the privilege of learning from distinguished leaders from renowned institutions such as
Stanford GSB, Harvard University, Dalberg Consulting, BCG Consulting, and many others.
Alumni Network: Our alumni community is the heartbeat of Lapid Leaders Africa.
Comprising past program participants who have gone on to make significant contributions in
their respective fields, our alumni network serves as a source of inspiration and support for
current participants. They continue to engage with Lapid through mentorship, volunteering,
and networking opportunities, creating a cycle of mentorship and growth.
