Lapid Entrepreneurship Trainer
Role Summary:
The role involves providing critical Faculty Support to the participants of the Lapid Leaders Africa flagship program. The main goal of the faculty is to enable young leaders to develop the skills, mindset, networks, and experiences they need to successfully transition to the marketplace.
Requirements
Lapid entrepreneurship trainers are individuals who:
i) Practitioners and experts with over 5 years of experience in the fields of Sales and Marketing, Operations or Finance, Human Resources, Accounting &/or Leadership.
ii) Have over 2 years of experience in teaching/training, preferably adult training.
iii) Are personable and sociable, and can easily engage the students for a 3 -hour training
that is conducted online
iv) Have a passion for training and are enthusiastic about their area of specialization.
v) Have entrepreneurial drive and experience as an entrepreneur.
vi) Are available to conduct training for at least eight hours a month.

Job Title: Lapid Entrepreneurship Trainer

Reporting: This role reports to the Founder
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Duration: The facilitation services would cover a duration of two years and cater initially, at least five cohorts each year, which may be increased depending on demand.
Compensation: This role is on a voluntary basis with an honorarium of KES 2,500 (for a 2- hour session) and KES 4,000 (for a 4-hour session)
