LAPID LEADERS HEAD-START PROGRAM
The LAPID LEADERS HEAD-START PROGRAM is a 3-month intensive course designed to ignite the prowess of high school graduates, and provide them a running start for real success.
Through the program, high school graduates will be equipped with the skills and resilience needed to thrive in today’s world.
The HEAD-START program will unlock their minds to envision new career opportunities, consider fresh possibilities in the digital economy, and prepare them for an inspiring vision of the future.

Through the duration of the Head-Start program, the young leaders will be exposed to and trained in the following areas:
Identity and self-discovery
Digital Preparedness
Career Mapping and advice
Job-shadowing
Mentor training

The Head-Start program has been heavily subsidised and now costs only Ksh. 18,000/= for the entire three month duration.
